Mike’s client was charged with DWI for allegedly driving a golf cart on a golf course and hitting a bench. Mike raised doubt as to who was driving the cart and meticulously reviewed video from the incident and convinced the prosecutor that there were problems with the case. Even though Mike’s client tested at a relatively high alcohol content, the prosecutor still agreed to reduce the charges to careless driving. A conviction for the DWI would have resulted in Mike’s client losing his driver’s license, and as a small businessman, would have severely impacted his livelihood.
This type of outcome is a result of the preparation and diligence that Brandt Kettwick Defense employees put into every case.
