Case: Alleged Probation Violation
Attorney: Michael J. Brandt
Result: Mike’s client was facing 90 days in jail for allegedly violating probation. The alleged violations stemmed from a SCRAM bracelet that the client was required to wear, which checks for alcohol use. Mike obtained the records from the device and consulted with an expert. Mike was able to show that the alleged consumption of alcohol use was an error with the machine. The prosecutor gave up on the violation and Mike’s client was reinstated back on probation with no additional jail time.
