Mike Brandt’s client was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Tobacco by a Minor. In preparation for the case, Mike was able to put together a packet of information to show the Judge facts about his client’s personal situation, the fact that she had already been accepted to numerous colleges, and that she had never been in trouble before. Based upon all of this information, the Judge agreed to continue the matter for dismissal for six months, meaning the charges would be dismissed as long as Mike’s client had no further problems. Mike’s client is also eligible to get her records from this matter expunged (sealed) in the future.
