Criminal Sexual Conduct Conviction Avoided in Anoka County

Nicole’s client was charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree after he was accused of inappropriately touching a child family member. This is a felony which is punishable by up to 25 years in prison and a fine of $35,000.00.
