Brandt Kettwick Defense is offering a temporary promotion to assist front-line workers with expunging their criminal records. We would like to extend complimentary expungements to the first 50 qualified front-line workers who apply. Expungement eligibility is governed by Minnesota statutes and the process can vary depending on the level of your offense and how it resolved. Because of the numerous variables, we will review your case and determine whether you qualify under Minnesota law and the parameters listed below. If you do not qualify, we would discuss what remaining options you have and extend an offer to petition for an expungement at a reduced retainer fee. For more information on what an expungement is, please see our expungement blog.
The qualifications we are looking for include:
- Cases which resolved “in your favor” (i.e., dismissal, continuance for dismissal, stay of adjudication, not guilty verdict, etc.);
- Cases which occurred in Minnesota;
- Cases which are Petty Misdemeanor, Misdemeanor, or Gross Misdemeanor levels; and
- The applicant is a front-line worker (first-responder, medical-care provider, sanitation worker, convenience store worker, etc.)
We encourage you to apply regardless of whether you fit each of the qualifications above. We will provide you with information on the expungement process and inform you as to the necessary steps.
Please apply here to see if you qualify.
