Dani reviewed her client’s sentencing order and determined the Sheriff was incorrect to deny the permit to carry. Dani sent the Sheriff’s Office a letter which outlined the legal reasons the Sheriff was incorrect to deny the permit. Based on Dani’s letter, her client was able to obtain a permit to carry.
