      Nicole Secures No Jail Time, No Felony Conviction in Prostitution Case

The Court ultimately ruled the petitioner did not have sufficient evidence showing harassment occurred and dismissed the Harassment Restraining Order against Dani’s client.

      Isabel Negotiates Stays of Adjudication to Amended Charges for Two Clients

      Result: Isabel represented two separate clients who faced charges of Assault and Domestic Assault. Through negotiating with the prosecutors, Isabel was able to secure Stays of Adjudication on amended charges of Disorderly Conduct for both clients. This means that neither client will have an Assault or Domestic Assault charge on their record, and neither will face specific collateral issues resulting from the original charges that would have had devastating career and life impacts for these clients. Additionally, after successful completion of probation, the Disorderly Conduct charge will be dismissed for both clients.

      One Count Dismissed, One Count Stay of Adjudication
