Nicole gathered letters of support from his family and friends and, after negotiations with the prosecutor, was able to secure a stay of adjudication for her client on a lesser charge of disorderly conduct. After completing one year on probation the charge against Nicole’s client will get dismissed and he will be able to keep a conviction off of his record.
