      Dani’s Client has Firearms Rights Restored in Meeker County

The prosecutor agreed to amend the statute and Dani prepared a motion and proposed order. Mike was able to convince the prosecutor to allow his client into a diversion program whereby the matter was continued, his client was placed on probation, and as long as his client completes some community work service, the charges will be dismissed and his client will be eligible for an expungement.
