Results: Autumn was retained to represent a juvenile client charged with Reckless Driving and Failure to Notify Police. Recognizing the impact criminal records can have on juveniles, Autumn tailored her advocacy toward protecting the client’s future and minimizing collateral consequences. Through skillful argument to the Court, she secured a resolution resulting in no convictions on the client’s record. The Reckless Driving charge was dismissed, and the Failure to Notify Police charge was resolved through a Stay of Adjudication, which will also be dismissed upon successful completion of a six-month probationary period and compliance with all court-ordered conditions.
